Coral Drift Bali was founded in 2019 by Made Surya, a third-generation Balinese fisherman who traded his nets for a snorkel mask. Growing up in the waters around Nusa Penida, Made watched the reefs that sustained his family slowly degrade from tourism and climate change.
Rather than stand by, he built something different — a snorkelling company that gives back more than it takes. Every tour is led by certified local guides who know these waters intimately, and every booking directly funds coral restoration projects along Bali's coastline.
Today, Coral Drift has guided over 500 tours, restored 2,000+ square metres of coral reef, and introduced thousands of travellers to the magic beneath Bali's surface.
