A Dream Forged in Flame


In the summer of 2019, Chef Marcus Ashford and sommelier Elena Vasquez opened the doors to Ember & Vine with a singular vision: to create a restaurant where the primal art of fire cooking meets the refined elegance of fine dining.

What began as a 30-seat pop-up quickly became one of the city's most sought-after dining destinations. Today, Ember & Vine seats 65 guests across our main dining room and private chef's table, each evening offering a new chapter in our ongoing culinary story.

Our open kitchen, centred around a custom-built wood-burning hearth, is the heart of the restaurant. Every dish passes through flame β€” whether it's the gentle kiss of oak smoke on a fillet of sea bass, or the roaring heat that creates the perfect crust on our signature dry-aged ribeye.
