Minor changes can often be accommodated. Any variations are documented, priced, and approved by you before work proceeds. We'll always advise on cost and timeline impacts upfront.

All our builds come with a 12-month defects liability period and a 10-year structural warranty. We also provide manufacturer warranties on all specified products and materials.
